Your images stay on your PC

ConstantLight processes your and your clients' images only locally on your computer. No images, client data or edit settings are sent to us.

Website

Hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Technically necessary server logs (IP address, time, page, browser) are processed to deliver and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no external fonts.

Purchase

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland): name, e-mail, billing address and payment data for contract performance and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b),(c) GDPR). We never receive full card numbers.

License activation

On activation, renewal or transfer the software sends the license key, an anonymous device ID (hash), program version and timestamp to our license server, for contract performance and abuse prevention.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and complaint to a supervisory authority.
